The Rotten Part of Us

We all struggle with something in our lives for some its a more public struggle like drugs, or profanity etc… and for others its something easy to hide like pornography, or being judgmental towards others The real issue with these struggles isn't the issue of the struggle but how we handle it God loves us no matter what are struggle is and as long long as we continue to wrestle with what ever the issue is he will help you through it but for me lately Ive seen a lot of “Christians” giving up on the struggle and telling God its too hard to overcome this issue and you'll just have to accept me the way I am. This train of thought is so self serving OH POOR ME just think where we would be if Jesus had told God its to hard I cant do it, its not worth fighting for! I have my own issues that mostly have to deal with anger and bitterness but the moment I give up is the moment my world turns to POOP! God has made us all a promise to never give us more than we can bear and if the fight is becoming to much for you than you need to look at what your focused on is it Him or is it the world around you and if you need help ask Hes always listening or seek out a accountability partner to help keep you in check with your issues it has been a huge help for me to have someone just ask me every now and then if I'm doing something I shouldn't be and knowing that I can reply honestly to them is a great comfort what ever the issue is please don't give up the fight and if you need help ask or someone to talk to email me Id be more than happy to help or pray for you
